Score U.S. vacant land against your own financial goal.
This is a demo. Pick or build a goal (how much money you have, how much risk you’ll accept, what kind of deals fit your strategy). The system runs every parcel through four filter steps and tells you which to Buy, which to look at again, and which to skip. The same parcels can get different recommendations under different goals — that’s the point. Try it below.

Start here — five steps
- Set your goal: how much you have to spend, how much risk you’ll take, what kind of deals fit. Start from a preset, tweak the numbers.
- Look at the scored parcels: every parcel gets a Buy / Look again / Skip recommendation against your goal. Green / amber / red on the map.
- Simulate the portfolio: run thousands of pretend markets to see the range of outcomes — not just the average, the full spread of best and worst cases.
- Compare two goals: same parcels, two different goals, side-by-side. See which goal would have won under the same market dice rolls.
- Let the system propose a goal: give it your money + risk tolerance and it searches the space of possible goals for you. It also says how confident it is, and lists which numbers come from real data vs sourced best-guesses.
