The Land Algorithm runs every candidate parcel through a four-gate pipeline (Filters → Enrichment → Valuation → Decision) and outputs a BUY / REVIEW / PASS recommendation. Phase 1 of the versatility expansion routes the final gate through a user-defined Objective: capital, leverage, target return, risk tolerance, geographies, deal box.
